This is a blog in search of good health through diet. After many years of having aches and pains, extreme fatigue, poor immunity, and digestive issues, I’m finding healing through eating a paleo diet. My daughter and I are doing this together. For the first two months, we’re eating a very strict paleo diet, with no nightshades: tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, and peppers. We have also cut out dairy and grains. I’ll be sharing our triumphs and recipes I like along the way. I love to cook, so these recipes will all be original.
